Our Story

I grew up working in a Thai food kitchen, which was a multi-generational, family business in Thailand. Our focus has always been and still is centered around providing the local community with home cooked, health, fresh, traditional Thai food’s. My family’s personal secrete recipes, were handed down over the generations and finally shared with me as I was working with my family in the kitchen in Thailand as a child, teen and eventually an adult. These secrete family recipes, which are inspirational, flavorful and creative dishes with a traditional spin and are still served in both in America and also Thailand today. We still sell out daily in the market in Chaiyaphum Thailand as well as in my home kitchen here in America, because of their reputation and popularity!

We had been wanting to try the new take out Thai dinners by MadamSue and my son ordered 5 different dishes for the 4 of us for dinner at his house. Every dish was so flavorful and delicious, we had fun trying each dish. She also added some coconut macaroons, a nice surprise. All you have to do is go to the site and put in your order and it will be ready for pick up when you get there. The portions are so large you will have enough for the next day. This place is great for takeout night we all enjoyed it. It’s located in the Riverwalk shops in Oaketie.

Sue can cook! This is not some Americanized version of Thai food. This is the Real Deal. Even if you prefer serious heat, you might want to try "medium" first. The choice is always yours at Madam Sue's.

Sue personifies the best of Thailand. She not only prepares each of her family recipes to perfection, she's a kind and friendly person who wants to bring a smile to everyone who tries her her food.

Everything I've ordered has been wonderful and I am positively addicted to the Drunken Noodles with shrimp and the Tom Yum Soup.

Sue and Shawn are a delight! Ordering was simple online. Their personal greeting at the door was so welcoming and the food is phenomenal. We can't recall EVER having Thai food this good. Loved the Won Ton Soup, Basil Cashew & Veggies(w/Jasmin rice) and the Shrimp Fried Rice was simply amazing. We'll be back!

Ordered 5 dishes for Kentucky Derby get together and they were all winners. We will definitely try again. I generally like hot and spicy dishes but recommend starting out No Spicy or Mild. Plenty of options to add extra protein or veggies and portions large enough to share or enjoy as leftover which I did last night.

I always liked Thai food but Madame's Sue cuisine is the best I ever had, all ingredients are fresh , the portions are perfect, very authentic dishes elevated with her own touch! I love her shrimp red curry , low carbs dishes and wonton soup is amazing! I am a happy customer and many of my friends as well! Enjoy!😋

10/10 customer service. Sue is the best and so welcoming. 💗 We ordered crab ragoons, pad Thai, and red curry. All were fantastic! We got them hot and it was definitely HOT! If you like spicy food, get it hot!! You won’t be disappointed.

TL;DR: Easily the best Thai food in the area.

So, I’m a huge fan of Yes Thai Indeed and Ruan Thai, but Madam Sue’s authentic, traditional, Bangkok-style fare is absolutely phenomenal.

Order early, I think the secret’s out. If you’re into legit Thai food, you won’t be disappointed. We’ve had it three times getting something different each time and it’s all incredible. Sue said her family specialty is egg rolls, and she’s not kidding. Do yourself a favor and order from Sue.
